Urban Strategies, Inc. operates three Early Learn Child Care Centers which service children ages 2.9 to 5. Our ultimate goal is to serve as a platform for quality education and a support system for neighborhood children. We work to develop the whole child – intellectually emotionally, physically and socially. Services include health and nutrition, parent involvement, social services, disability services, safety and family literacy programming.
Urban Strategies, Inc.’s Early Learn sites may also host UPK, head start, childcare and dual programs.
Early Learn Registration Criteria:
Child Must be 3-4 years old – We accept children at 2.9 years old as long as they turn 3 by December 31 of the enrollment year
Priority registration is given to children with disabilities, homeless children, youth of incarcerated parents, foster children, children with grandparents who have legal primary guardianship, and parents who are teenagers, have serious illnesses, or suffer from domestic violence, drug abuse, etc.
Registration Documents Include: 2 proofs of address, Picture I.D. (New York State), Public Assistance I.D. Card, Medicaid Cards (for children) or Insurance Card, Child’s Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Card, Income Verification- W-2 form, Check stub, Child’s Dental form sign stamped and dated, Child’s physical form, Parent’s complete physical form
